How to disable an alarm
You can disable an alarm that is producing too many alarm notifications. Or, the problem has been identified and your team is now troubleshooting—additional notifications are unnecessary.
Instead of deleting an alarm to avoid receiving more notifications, you can choose to disable it. This method allows you to re-enable the alarm at a later time.
To disable an alarm:
1. In the web interface, click Configuration > Alarms.
2. Select one by clicking a table row.
3. In the Edit Alarm Settings pane, set the Alarm Schedule to Never.
4. Click the accept icon .
The alarm is disabled. It is no longer active because the schedule was removed.
