VoIP Call Duration
A call has exceeded the threshold duration set in Expert Thresholds. The possible reasons for this event depend on how you are using the threshold and how high it was set. For example, if you are using the threshold to keep tabs on per-minute billing, you'll want to verify that the person making the long call was within corporate guidelines. If you are using the threshold to make sure that the call manager is closing calls properly, you would check the call manager logs to determine what might be going wrong.
