VoIP Call Burst Density
The percentage of packets lost during high-loss periods has exceeded threshold. Packet loss during high-loss (also called burst) periods has a greater impact on call quality than the sporadic packet loss during low-loss (also called gap) periods.
Possible reasons for this event:
link failure
router is using Random Early Detection (RED), which discards packets as its queue fills up in an attempt to trigger senders to reduce their window size.
high rate of error on the media, such as Ethernet cable problems or wireless signal quality problems
