The Mean Opinion Score, as estimated from the E-model, has exceeded, or more likely, fallen below threshold. Some possible reasons for this event are:
Network congestion is causing delay, jitter, and resulting in packet loss and hence poor voice quality.
Link failure is causing packet loss and resulting in poor voice quality.
Route flapping is causing jitter and resulting in packet loss and poor voice quality.
Ethernet problems along the voice path (such as bad cables or interfaces) are causing packet loss and poor voice quality.
